These terms govern the use of the HeyFido app. We recommend having them reviewed by a legal advisor before final publication.

1. Who we are

HeyFido (the "App") is developed and operated by Agape Group GmbH, a company incorporated under Swiss law ("we"). By using the App you accept these Terms.

2. The service

HeyFido provides content and tools for dog training, motivation and health tracking: video lessons, gamification (streaks, XP, leagues) and a digital health record. The content is for educational and informational purposes.

3. Important notice — not a substitute for your vet

HeyFido does not provide professional veterinary or behavioral advice and is not a substitute for the opinion of a veterinarian or a qualified dog trainer. For any health or behavior concern about your dog, always consult a professional. The reminders and content are supportive and do not constitute a diagnosis.

4. Account

To use the App you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out through your account.

5. Subscription, free trial and renewal

HeyFido Premium is available by subscription: €9.99/month or €79.99/year (indicative prices; they may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase).
The subscription may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the stated price.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time from your store's subscription settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to copy or redistribute its content, not to attempt to bypass technical limitations or paid features, and not to disrupt its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The App, the "HeyFido" brand, the "Fido" mascot, the videos, text and design are owned by Agape Group GmbH and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, limited and non-transferable license to use the App.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, nor for decisions made on the basis of the content, which does not replace professional advice.

9. Changes to the service and the Terms

We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
